No. aecph strictly enforces a one account per player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. Some details such as your email address and phone number can be updated directly from your aecph account settings. Changes to your registered name or date of birth require identity verification and must be requested through our support team at [email protected]. Please note that name changes are only permitted where there is a legitimate reason (e.g., legal name change) and supporting documentation will be required.
Deposits & Payments

Yes. The minimum deposit at aecph is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfers and card payments. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may trigger additional verification checks in line with our anti-money laundering obligations. You can set your own deposit limits at any time through the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings.
Withdrawals & Payouts

Log in to your aecph account and navigate to the Cashier section, then select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred withdrawal method — GCash, PayMaya, or your registered bank account — enter the amount, and confirm. Important: withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before requesting your first withdrawal to avoid delays.

Withdrawals requested on weekends or Philippine public holidays are processed on the next business day.

The minimum withdrawal at aecph is ₱200. Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of ₱500,000.
