These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aecph ("aecph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the aecph website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through aecph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the aecph Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the aecph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing online gambling.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of aecph or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or game providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the aecph Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

aecph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

To access the full range of aecph services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) aecph account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your aecph username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• Notifying aecph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

aecph implements Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

All financial transactions on the aecph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). aecph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time at aecph's discretion.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your aecph wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• aecph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• aecph reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or a verified account in the player's name.
• aecph targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• aecph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

aecph offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all aecph promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. aecph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet sizes applicable to each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• aecph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the aecph Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, sports betting, and sabong — are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

aecph is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on the Platform use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure random and unbiased outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers under real-time supervision.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, aecph's decision regarding the outcome of the affected game round shall be final. aecph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical issues in a fair and timely manner.

Sports betting odds and markets are set by aecph and are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. aecph reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by irregular circumstances, including but not limited to match-fixing, force majeure events, or data feed errors.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aecph Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aecph staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

All content on the aecph Platform — including but not limited to the aecph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of aecph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from aecph.
• Use the aecph brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of aecph's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by aecph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aecph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or system errors beyond aecph's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events.

aecph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aecph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude aecph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

aecph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all aecph account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your aecph account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the aecph Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

aecph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Inactivity of your account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and subject to satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, provided that no fraud or breach of these Terms is under investigation.

You may close your aecph account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

aecph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aecph will provide notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the aecph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and aecph, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. aecph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, the dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR shall apply.
